We hope you like your order! However, just in case you are not satisfied with 100% satisfaction, we have simplified the entire process for you. We accept postmarked returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
How can I return or exchange an order?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Please send your return request to the customer @foxmog.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours and will send you the return address via email.
Customers must provide the traceable shipping services when returning or replacing goods.
The free gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise the sales price of the free gifts will be deducted from the refund.
Within 3 working days after receiving and confirming your return, your refund will be automatically returned to the original payment method.
1. Foxmog’s Responsibility:
If the goods you received are damaged or incorrect. We allow returns to our warehouse for refund or exchange.
After receiving the goods, we will refund the original product price and shipping fee in full, or send out replacement products for free. (This solution is only available if foxmog is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.)
2. Customer Responsibility:

If the customer ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, we can also allow returns. In this case, the customer is responsible for the transportation costs for the two-way exchange (to and from our warehouse).
For returned items or items that need to be exchanged, we need to process them within 3-6 working days after receiving your items. The refund period is as follows: Credit card refund: Between 7-14 working days, please contact us for further assistance. We will try our best to help you and reply to all messages within 24 hours.
